Operating Instructions

Turn the steam knob to the "Steam" position (usually indicated by a steam cloud symbol). The indicator light will illuminate. 3. Purge Nozzle: Briefly open the steam valve to release any condensed water from the nozzle into an empty cup. Close the valve.
4. Skuimmolke: Immerse the frothing nozzle just below the surface of the milk in the pitcher. Slowly open the steam valve. Move the pitcher up and down to incorporate air and create foam. Once the milk reaches the desired temperature and consistency, close the steam valve.
5. Clean Nozzle: Immediately after frothing, wipe the frothing nozzle with a damp cloth to prevent milk residue from drying. Briefly open the steam valve again to clear any milk from inside the nozzle.
