4. Select Grind Time: Rotate the timing knob on the front of the grinder to select your desired grinding duration. The knob features settings from 5 to 30 seconds, corresponding to different fineness levels (coarse to fine).
5. Start grinding: Press the start button once. The grinder will begin operation and automatically stop after the selected time has elapsed. You do not need to hold the button down.
