Proper installation is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of your Anker SOLIX E10 system. It is recommended to consult a certified electrician for installation.

  • Lokaasje: The E10 Power Module and Battery Module are NEMA 4 rated, suitable for outdoor use without shelter. The Smart Inlet Box is NEMA 3R rated. Ensure the installation location is on solid, flat ground or a load-bearing wall, away from living spaces.
  • Ferwidering: Maintain sufficient clearance from other devices and flammable materials. Ensure adequate space for heat dissipation.
  • Behanneling: Lift and move battery modules with two people due to their weight.

Smart Inlet Box Installation

The Smart Inlet Box connects to your home's main electrical panel to manage the flow of power during outages.

  1. Install the inlet box near the main panel, ensuring a good Wi-Fi signal.
  2. Drill appropriate holes for conduit entry and secure the box to a wood stud.
  3. Connect the on-grid cables (L1, L2, Neutral, Ground) from the main panel to the designated terminals in the Smart Inlet Box.
  4. Connect the backup load cables (L1, L2) from the Smart Inlet Box to the designated backup breaker in your main panel.
  5. Install a compatible interlock device on your main panel to prevent simultaneous operation of grid and backup power.
  6. Connect the Current Transformers (CTs) around the phase cables (L1, L2) for accurate readings. If solar panels are connected, install a PV CT.
  7. Connect the off-grid cable and on-grid cable from the Smart Inlet Box to the E10 Power Module.

Operating Instructions

The Anker SOLIX E10 system provides seamless backup and smart energy management.

Manual Backup Operation

  3. Turn on the backup load breaker.
  4. Turn on the E10 Power Module by pressing its power button for 3 seconds.
  5. Press the power button again to enable AC output. The light bar will turn blue, and the power module will begin supplying your backup loads.

  1. When grid power is restored, turn off the backup load breaker.
