Hoe kalibrearje ik myn digitale skaal?
To calibrate your digital scale, place it on a flat surface and turn it on. Press and hold the calibration or units button (often labeled 'M', 'UNITS', or 'MODE') until the screen displays 'CAL'. The screen will flash a required weight value. Place the exact required test weight in the center of the platform. Once it reads 'PASS', calibration is complete.
-
What does the TARE function do?
The TARE function is used to reset the display back to zero. This is especially helpful if you are weighing items inside a container. Simply place the empty container on the scale, press the 'TARE' button to zero the scale, and then add your item to find its exact net weight.
-
How do I use the PCS (counting) feature?
The PCS mode counts items based on a reference weight. First, turn the scale on and place a specific sample quantity (like 25, 50, 75, or 100 identical pieces) on the tray. Press and hold the 'PCS' key, select your sample size using the 'UNITS' button, and press 'PCS' again to confirm. You can now add more of the same items, and the scale will display the total count.

What should I do if my scale displays 'O-Ld' or 'OUT2'?
The 'O-Ld' or 'O-L' error indicates that the scale is overloaded beyond its maximum capacity; remove the weight immediately to prevent permanent sensor damage. If 'OUT2' is displayed upon startup, the scale has lost its calibration data and needs to be recalibrated using appropriate test weights.
